Finding Home in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines

by: Edge Dulatas

A 5-Day Itinerary of chilling, partying and chasing sunsets in Palawan, Philippines

Birthdays are important to me. It is, indeed, another year that God gave us a chance of new beginnings. A “restart button” for a new life. We should value the gift of time. And spend it with the ones we value the most. Celebrate life to the fullest.

Living one day at a time and enjoying one moment at a time.

Life is too short to deal with unnecessary worries.

Take a step back. Inhale the good and exhale the bad.

Live with a big heart that would always choose to love…

Finding Home in El Nido, Palawan, Philippines

For my thirty years of living here in the Philippines, I realized a lot of things…. Filipinos would always dream of working abroad. Please don’t get me wrong. I would want that too. And most of my friends and family members are working/ based abroad. I can’t blame them. Ph is not perfect. As well as everywhere. But one thing is for sure. I found more love in here.

From the warmest smiles and greetings of my fellow Filipinos, the best seafoods, pristine white beaches, amazing lagoons (that I can’t believe it even existed), simple way of living, a place like no other in the world…..

Philippines has a lot more to offer.

It’s beauty is real.

Genuine.

And with that, I could proudly say….

I am HOME.

Thank you so much for reading!

Happy Travels!

Xoxo,

Edge ❤️
